アジア各国の環境課題に対して、現地にニーズに沿って、日本／関西が有する環境技術や経験を活かしたソリューションを現地企業と連携しつつ提供し、アジアの環境改善に取り組む。
＜民需＞ タイ工業連盟と連携し、現地企業の環境課題についてのヒアリングを行い、これらのニーズに沿った環境技術やノウハウを有する企業とのマッチングを行う。
Under the cooperation with FTI, interviews for Thai companies were conducted to identify environmental issues of these companies. Business matching will be organized to find suitable environmental technologies and know-how to meet the environmental issues.

環境課題を都市間連携等を通じて抽出し、そのソリューションを提供するビジネスモデルや必要なビジネス環境（環境基準、規制等）の調査、検討を行う。官民連携等により、そのビジネスモデルのコンセプトや技術の優位性・信頼性の十分な理解を相手国に促進した上で環境インフラ案件を形成し、最終的に受注や事業化を目指す。
