Fukui Seed has focused on tomatoes with the belief that exporting fruits and vegetables is essential for the development of Japanese agriculture, and has created a delicious tomato variety that can withstand export conditions.
He believed that if delicious tomatoes produced with safe and reliable Japanese production techniques could be continuously exported, it would lead to the development of Japanese agriculture, and he has continued to improve varieties with the goal of creating export-ready varieties.
More than a decade ago, there was an effort to export Japanese tomatoes to Europe on a trial basis, but as a result, all the tomatoes were split and did not become a product. Learning from this bitter experience, we repeated a number of crosses and perfected the "Hana-Kamikami" variety, which we would like to introduce here. It is an easy-to-distribute variety that satisfies the Japanese palate and can withstand export conditions.

The sugar content, which is the standard for deliciousness, is consistently maintained at around 9 to 11 degrees, and the texture is unprecedented, similar to that of a fine muscat.
As for the distribution, we have made it possible to keep the product for up to two weeks after harvesting.
