Our first need came from a client who told us that the supply of human resources would be difficult with only Japanese staff,
Gradually, we connected with Japanese language schools that had foreign students,
We then connected with Japanese language schools that had foreign students and introduced part-time jobs to the company.

As the number of employees increased, interpreters became necessary, and the connection with Yale became stronger through the Yale institute's internship program.
The Yale internship program has helped to strengthen the relationship with Yale.
Technical intern trainees come to Japan after three months of training in their home country, but they do not speak Japanese.

It depends on the quality of the sending organization, and those who have graduated from universities in their home countries learn quickly.
As the number of foreign nationals increases, such as technical intern trainees and those with specific skills, there are those who can speak the language,
If there is someone who can teach them Japanese rules and manners, they will be able to settle into life and work in Japan more quickly.
We also met with Ehle institute graduates Le and Lynn.
It has been almost 4 years since Mr. Le started working at the school. He has also been appointed to a position.

I am in charge of recruiting part-timers for those who are about to start working.
Now that the working hours are restricted by Corona, there are many people who cannot work at night and want to work at the factory.
I ask companies that I can work for to help them. There are also a lot of complaints.
The biggest challenge right now is the new visa,
There are a lot of things we don't know, such as application forms and the extent to which we can operate."


It seems that you are caught between companies and foreign students.

Lynn has been working at Rise Square for two years after graduation.
She is in charge of staff management.
She says she has trouble with people taking time off work without permission.
She would like to learn more about specific skills and employment.
In the Nishimura class at Ehle institute, if you were even one second late, they would lock the door,

Recently, when I was a student at a Japanese language school, there were many cases of students exceeding 28 hours of work per week and not being able to renew their visas,
I have been experiencing more and more cases where students are not able to renew their visas.
I would like to instruct students to avoid such a situation while they are enrolled at Ehle institute.


There are foreign students who change a lot when they start working after graduation.
While in school, I was worried about them because they did not do any assignments at all, but after they started working, they were put in charge of managing their part-time jobs,
When I hear stories of part-time workers taking time off work on their own, I give them guidance,
I feel that the sense of responsibility has been given to the foreign students through their employment at the company, and that they are being nurtured by the company.


I hear that they will mainly provide temporary staffing services, but they also provide human resource development for the restaurant business (Komeda Coffee),
They are also doing ISPG, such as environmental business, so that is what we are doing,
I hope to create a field in which foreign nationals can play an active role in the industry.

This year, the hotel industry, where international students find employment, is in a difficult situation due to the poor economy, especially in Namba.
In the local area, there are some job openings due to GOTO Travel.
In the Namba area, inbound business is tough and some foreign students are having to change jobs.

Such people change their careers to the food service industry with specific skills,
I would like to see such a system where such people can change careers and change jobs in the food service industry with a specific skill, and then return to a technical national visa (technical, humanities, or international service visa) a few years later.
Once they return to their home country, it is very difficult to obtain a visa again.

If there is an emergency relief measure that would allow them to make a long turn and remain.
It would be helpful for companies if people who can speak Japanese can work.
There are many foreign students who like to work even if they cannot speak Japanese, and they can be an asset to the company.


There are companies that handle technical training and specified skills, and there is a need for them, but there are many companies that are not aware of the system,
However, there are many companies that are not aware of the system and have not started to take action.

Ehle institute has a number of students who have graduated from universities in their home countries, and some of them have gone on to careers in the years to come.
After a number of years, these people may take some kind of exam to advance their careers,
