As this was our first attempt, we were worried about how it would go, but MORI KOSAN Co.Ldt (WA.SA.Bi.) President Mori facilitated the event smoothly,
I can only express my gratitude to Mr. Mori, President of Mori Kosan, for his smooth management of the event, and above all to all those who were involved in the operation and support.
The breakout rooms were divided by business category, and we were able to use empty breakout rooms to conduct individual interviews in two-shot sessions.
The breakout rooms were also divided by business category, and we were able to use empty breakout rooms for two-shot individual interviews, which once again opened up new possibilities.
NIKAYA Corporation Students came into the room where Mr. Nishino was the facilitator,
They were very active in discussing their current situation and issues, and if they seemed to be a good match, they moved on to individual consultations.

I would have liked to hear more from everyone. I wish I had been able to speak as a facilitator.
I feel that this is one of my own issues.
Next time, I would like to give everyone more opportunities to speak up,
I would like to contribute to making the time more meaningful for international students and companies.
Participants from all over the world through ZOOM.
The world that seemed so far away has become so much closer.
Of course, international students are of foreign nationality, so they can have such an experience in Japan. You can have such an experience. He said.

The speeches by the guests of honor and the presentations by the foreign students were very interesting.
Personally, I was impressed by Mr. Ricky Fung of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, who spoke about the abilities of foreign talent.
He said, "Foreign talents have abilities that Japanese people do not have,
For example, I can speak five languages. For example, I speak five languages, so I can obtain information in five languages.
Foreign workers have an excellent ability to transmit information, to send it overseas, and to move flexibly.
I should not do the same kind of work as the Japanese; there must be work that only I can do."
He said he had been in Japan for 25 years, and as expected, he was very persuasive,
He was very convincing, and I was completely absorbed in what he was saying.

The breakout sessions were divided into 11 rooms by theme.
We believe that everyone was able to exchange more detailed information in each of the rooms.

We would have liked to visit all the rooms, but we were unable to due to a time limit...
I would like to listen to your talks on the recorded data.

We will update the minutes later.

We had a very meaningful time with people from various industries, organizations, and international students.
We would like to thank all the participants, students, and all those who supported the operation of the event.

Thank you very much.
