We went to interview him!

Shusei Construction's school guide is made by professionals, so it is really interesting to read!
The contents are really interesting to read!
The contents are very attractive to students,
If you have a chance, please take a look at it.

This time, we have talked to you not from the perspective of a company, but from the perspective of a vocational school.
There are a lot of interesting stories, but I would like to introduce some of the initiatives at Corona Disaster Management that I found very interesting.

Graduation Exhibition 2021
https://www.syusei.ac.jp/graduation_exhibition/

This was the first time this was put into an online format.
It seems to have had a positive effect for students who have lost the opportunity to present their work.
The video is well made.
It can be viewed anytime, anywhere online.
In other words, students can see the activities of their seniors when choosing a Japanese vocational school.
This is a big advertising effect.

Until now, it has been real and in-person, but it tends to be seen as an ad hoc event.
By posting online, we can increase the number of viewers, and it is also helpful for companies that are thinking about hiring!

It's marketing if you use it well.
With analytics, you can find out where people are accessing your site from,
Analytics can be used to collect data on where people are accessing the site, what demographics are viewing the site, and so on.

If you look at videos that are getting more views,
Students can also create presentations that consider how to increase the number of views.
Today's students are really good at using IT in a captivating way!
Even the CG is of high quality!
Isn't this an example of a successful new challenge at Corona Disaster?
International students are also active in this graduation exhibition.
Their perspectives are different from Japanese and on a different scale!
It is interesting that different perspectives make the works completely different!
What I find interesting is that both international and Japanese students learn in the same classroom.

It seems that by working together instead of separating, communication naturally occurs and a synergistic effect is generated.
The school does not make any distinction between foreigners and non-Japanese, but rather, it is a school that firmly implements vocational education.
This is the school's attitude.
This is truly multiculturalism.
I regret that I did not make a video of my talk with Chancellor Yamashita.
We had a lot of really interesting conversations.

It is interesting to note that the Garden Design Department is also popular among Asian students.
Japanese garden technology is deployed in their home countries.
Japanese gardens are very popular.
Gardens are decreasing in Japan, but gardens are big abroad, so I can see why they are so popular!

Please feel free to ask President Yamashita many questions when you meet him!
