The HR Development/Utilization subcommittee conducted web interviews with the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia and related companies on Monday, April 19.

At the meeting, the HR Development/Utilization Committee presented that it has been focusing its activities on Vietnam and would like to expand its activities to Malaysia and Thailand. As examples of proposed collaborations, the group presented the organization of human resource exchange and matching events, and examples of PREX training projects, including IoT training.

The Malaysian side expressed a positive interest in the training business, including the IoT training program, and also proposed a training program to fill the gap between the actual human resources in Malaysia and the human resource skills required by Japanese companies, as well as a program to send Malaysian senior managers to overseas multinational companies to gain experience. There is also a need for a training program that bridges the gap between the actual human resources in Malaysia and the human resources required by Japanese companies. They also expressed a desire for a human resource exchange event between industry and academia, and we plan to respond to and cooperate with each of their requests on an individual basis.
