What is Hack Osaka?

Hack Osaka is an international innovation conference held once a year. The Hack Osaka Movement, in which entrepreneurs, investors, large corporations, students, local governments, and other players participate as key players in an ecosystem and organically connect with each other to spark innovation one after another, is disseminated. The goal of this year's event is to improve Osaka's ability to attract startups that will be active globally in preparation for the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025.
This year's event will focus on next-generation air mobility, which is being tested in preparation for the Expo, and infrastructure essential for urban development (streamlining of existing infrastructure, next-generation infrastructure including telecommunications, etc.). The event will expand the network of innovation worldwide through sessions, pitches, business talks, and introductions of startups and university seeds born in Osaka and the Kansai region.
