[LegalForce] AI developed by lawyers and engineers make the contract risks visible
LegalForce, Inc. was founded in 2017 by two lawyers from a major law firm, and since then has been developing and providing software to solve corporate legal issues by combining its proprietary AI technology and the legal expertise of its lawyers, which also includes joint research with Kyoto University.
LegalForce is AI-based cloud-based contract review support software. With an automatic review function that identifies contract risks in seconds and a knowledge management function that supports the effective use of internal contract data, it can significantly reduce the time required for risk detection and research while improving the quality of work. More than 450 companies and law firms are using the service. (as of September 2020)
Marshall" is an AI contract management system. By simply uploading the PDF data of a signed contract, the machine automatically extracts information such as the date the contract was signed and the names of the parties to the contract, and creates a searchable database. The beta version of the system was launched in August 2020.
